Dance Class Fees
- 30 minute lesson – $11
- 45 minute lesson – $14
- 1 hour lesson – $17
- Private lesson – $25
All accounts are computerised and calculated by the term. Invoices will be sent by email in the first week of each term for all classes you are enrolled in for that term.
The Dancing Year for 2025
- Term 1: 10th Feb – 11th April (9 weeks)
- Term 2: 28th April – 4th July (10 weeks)
- Term 3: 21st July – 26th Sept (10 weeks)
- Term 4: 14th Oct – 12th December (9 weeks)
The normal class timetable will not run during the school holidays or on public holidays.
Please note
- All lessons, whether attended or not, are to be paid for.
- All accounts must be finalised within the first four weeks of each term.
Payment options
You can pay the account off in 2, 3 or 4 payments in the first 4 weeks of the term.
Other payment options can be made with Libby if needed.

Concert Fee
DanceXtreme has a concert fee of $25.00 per family. This is instead of selling raffle tickets and having lamington drives etc, and is to raise money for the trophies, stage scenery, props and the lighting for the end of year concert.
The fee will be broken up into 4 instalments over the year and will be on the eldest child of the family’s term invoice.
Term 1 = $10 then $5 each term after that.
Other Fees
The following activities are not compulsory however encouraged for fun and achievement.
Annual Concert
This is held on the second Saturday in December. The cost for costumes is approximately $60 – $100 for already made dance costumes ordered from America.
Each class taken requires one costume, and deposits of $50.00 per costume are needed in term 3 to place orders.
Students also have two concert rehearsals. Stage rehearsal will be on the first Saturday of November, and a full dress rehearsal will be held on the first Saturday in December. The concert will be the second Saturday in December.
Tap Exam Fees
The range is between $50 to $95 depending on the level of the exam. The exam’s are done at our studio and students wear the studio uniform so no extra cost is involved.
Ballet Exam Fees
The range is between $50 – $95 depending on the level of the exam. The BBO requires students to wear their exam uniform which means purchasing or paying a hire fee for a leotard for the exam. Ballet exams are also held at our studio.
